Deane Arthur Hess DEC. 9, 1931 - APRIL 26, 2024 

Deane A Hess of Weiser ID was born in in Laramie WY, the son of Arthur Lantz and Evelyn Lucy Ott-Hess. After settling in Vale OR, Deane graduated from Vale High School in 1950.

He worked for the US Forest Service for 42 years. He and his wife then went on a mission in the California Riverside Mission. They then settled in Weiser Idaho.

Deane is survived by his wife Donna of Weiser; daughter Tana of Lacey WA; daughter Valerie of Ethel WA; son Charles of Tenino WA; son Duane of Fruitland ID; 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and sister Doris of Annex OR. Deane was proceeded in death by his parents and brother Duane.

Services were May 4, 2024.
